Shipping policy

I will only ship to the address on file. Please verify that your address is correct at checkout. Buyer is responsible for new shipping costs to reship an order to a corrected address. Your package will be reshipped once it is returned to me for non delivery, which may take 2-8 weeks. 

My processing time for ready to ship items is 2-3 business days, weekends and holidays are not included. This is the time needed to pack your order before shipping. Processing times for made to order and commissions will vary and are disclosed before ordering. 

Your order will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available for an additional charge. Your order status will be updated with a tracking number once your item has shipped.

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the USPS and are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be given for delays in delivery, especially during peak holiday and delivery seasons. Please order early to avoid possible delays. 

I currently only ship to the US, but may consider shipping internationally by request. Please contact me to receive an international shipping quote. Delivery overseas may take at least 2-8 weeks, but could be longer in some cases. This timeframe may be due to your country's customs processing. Please be aware that your country may charge additional custom duties, taxes or fees on your order. These taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the initial shipping costs that the USPS charges to ship your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded if a buyer fails to pay their country's customs or fees, and package is returned to me.
