Refund policy

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. A 5% fee will be charged on cancellations. 

Returns

Returns are accepted on most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original, unused condition that it was received. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returns. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

To start a return, contact me at wickedwinglings@outlook.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. Once a return has been approved, you must ship your item back with a tracking number to the address provided within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages 

Please inspect your order upon receiving. I package each sculpture individually. Each sculpture is securely packed with fiberfil padding to prevent damage. I take every effort to pack your Wingling as carefully as possible, however it is possible that a small piece may come loose during unwrapping. Most times, that piece can be glued back into place without further issues. Damage from shipping must be reported within 2 days of delivery. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY. Per USPS requirements, you must send pictures of the packaging as it was received including any stickers added by the post office, as well as pictures of the damaged contents inside. If photos of packaging or damaged item are not provided, a claim cannot be filed and a refund or replacement (if available) will not be issued.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items or gift cards. Exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected .All returns are videotaped when opened, to document the status and condition of the returned item. If approved upon inspection, a refund will be issued, minus restocking fee, the original shipping charge, and any loss of value if the item is not returned in the original unused condition. Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment used to place your order. I will process your refund immediately once approved, but please be aware that it may take several days or weeks for your refund to be completed through your bank or card company.
