* Do you accept commissions?

I do occasionally accept custom orders. I will add listings when commissions are open. Check back frequently for updates.

 

* Do you accept cancellations?

Yes, I do accept cancellations. You must contact me within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel. Once an item has been shipped, it can not be cancelled.

 

* Where do you ship?

I currently ship to the US. I will however ship internationally upon request. Please contact me to discuss shipping options and to receive a shipping quote. 
 
I will only ship to the address on file.  PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT.  Shipping will not be refunded if the address buyer provides is incorrect. Buyer is responsible for new charges to reship to correct address.
 

 * How quickly do you ship?

Already made items will ship within 1-3 business days.
 
Made to order and custom order items will vary depending on the item being ordered. Please read the listing description completely for shipping timeframes.
 
I ship through the USPS. You will be notified with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
 
Signature confirmation is available upon request. Buyer is resposible for supplying a safe place for packages to be left. Seller is not responsible if a package is stolen or missing after delivery.
 
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be given for delays in delivery, especially during peak shipping seasons. Please order early!
 

 

* Do you accept returns?

I do accept returns. Please read entire listing description before ordering, to ensure that you understand what you are purchasing. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have for any item listed.
 
Buyer must notify me within 3 days of delivery to request a return. Item must be shipped  back to seller with tracking number within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return an item. Item returned must be in original unused condition. A refund will be issued (minus original shipping costs, plus a 10% restocking fee and any loss in value, if item is not in original condition) once the item has been received by seller. All returns are videotaped when opened, to document the status and condition of returned item.

 

* What happens if my order is damaged?

Please contact me immediately if there is significant damage to your order. Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery, as listed by USPS tracking.
 
DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY! Per USPS requirements, you must send me pictures of the packaging as it was received, as well as pictures of the damaged contents inside that packaging within 2 days of delivery. If photos of packaging or item cannot be provided, a claim cannot be filed and a refund or replacement (if available) will not be issued.
 

 

* Do you combine shipping?

 I will combine shipping whenever possible. However, due to the fragile nature of my sculptures, they may need to be packaged and shipped individually to prevent damage. Any shipping overages will be refunded if I am able to combine shipping.
 
 

 * What are your business hours?

Monday - Friday * 10-6PM EST
Saturday - Sunday * CLOSED
Closed on all holidays.
Any orders or conversations sent after business hours, will be addressed ASAP on the next business day.
